My answer :

This is a species of a drosera pigmy. The small green growths in the center are gemmae. They spring if they are touched by water or if you dislodge them with a toothpick. The bigger plant on the upper right corner has reached maturity. You can see when a gemmae is ready to be placed on the moist peatmoss, when they have reached enough size and begun to be moved easily. Every gemmae makes one plant.
